Beth Mead brings over 30 years of professional experience in sales, hospitality, and corporate talent acquisition leadership to her role as a real estate advisor with Engel & Völkers. Beth’s career has been rooted in client service and strategic business development across several industries. Beth founded and operates Serenity Vacation Properties, managing luxury vacation rentals in Suncadia Resort. She also held senior talent acquisition leadership roles at Providence, one of the nation’s largest healthcare systems, and partnered with Simplicity Consulting in marketing and business development. Her early career includes a decade with Northwest Airlines, where she honed her people-first mindset and commitment to excellence. Beth was drawn to Engel & Völkers for its boutique, high-touch approach, strong collaborative culture, and internationally recognized luxury brand.
As a full-time resident of Cle Elum's Tumble Creek community and long-time Kirkland local, Beth offers a unique perspective on both Eastside and mountain lifestyle living. Having bought, sold, and built homes in Suncadia over the past ten years, she brings firsthand experience to clients seeking to invest in the area. Her goal as an advisor is to help others discover the beauty of Cle Elum and the surrounding region while building meaningful, long-term relationships within the community. Beth holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Marketing and is a certified Global Initiative Mentor.
